Eating Psychology is an exciting, cutting-edge approach developed by the Institute for the Psychology of Eating, that blends nutrition and psychology, to support finding a balanced, positive relationship with food and body. It effectively addresses weight concerns, binge eating, overeating, endless or rigid dieting, body image, exercise addiction, digestion, energy, fatigue and various nutrition-related health concerns.
As an Eating Psychology Coach my focus is on exploring the personal dimensions that can affect these things, like work, money, relationships, intimacy, life stress, etc. I’ll also give nutrition and supplement suggestions to best support you on your journey. Instead of seeing your challenges as “the problem”, we use them as a doorway to go through and find unique answers for your body and life. I look to support you with coaching strategies and nutritional principles that are doable, sustainable and yield results.
